Thanh Hoa City announces decisions on organization and personnel

On the afternoon of February 15, the Thanh Hoa City Party Committee held a conference to announce the decisions on receiving, transferring, and establishing grassroots party organizations and promptly announce the results of the 13th Party Central Committee meeting in January 2025. Comrade Le Anh Xuan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Thanh Hoa City People's Council, attended the conference.

Comrade Le Anh Xuan, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thanh Hoa City presented flowers to congratulate the grassroots party organizations transferred to the City Party Committee.

At the conference, the Organizing Committee of the Thanh Hoa City Party Committee announced the decision to transfer 28 grassroots party organizations with 1,708 party members under the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises to the Thanh Hoa City Party Committee.

Also at the conference, the City Department of Internal Affairs announced the decision to merge Dong Son District Agricultural Service Center into Thanh Hoa City Agricultural Service Center. Mr. Ha Huy Trinh was assigned as director.

Comrade Pham Thi Viet Nga, Head of the City Party Committee's Organization Committee, approved the Proposal on adjusting and supplementing a number of contents of the City Party Committee Standing Committee on organizing Party congresses, grassroots Party cells and the 22nd Thanh Hoa City Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Comrade Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thanh Hoa City Le Anh Xuan delivered a concluding speech at the conference.

Concluding the conference, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Thanh Hoa City People's Council Le Anh Xuan emphasized: The Thanh Hoa City Party Congress will take place at the end of June 2025. To successfully organize the congress, the Party Committees and Party cells, especially the newly transferred, merged, and established Party Committees and Party cells, need to closely follow the congress organization plan and base on the direction of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee to organize the congress of the grassroots Party Committee and Party cells, ensuring the correct time, plan, and requirements. In particular, special attention should be paid to the two main contents: personnel work and the political report presented at the congress.

The Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Thanh Hoa City requested that the City Party Committee and the City People's Committee soon issue documents guiding the goals and targets related to Party work and socio-economic development so that Party Committees and Party cells can adjust their system of goals and targets accordingly. After adjusting the reports and basing on the actual situation after 5 Party Committees successfully organized the congresses for the 2025-2030 term, the remaining Party Committees and Party cells will register with the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee the time to hold the congresses, as a basis for the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee to schedule and approve the political report.
