Pac Moong Communal House, Quang Trung 1 Village, Quang Lac Commune is one of the architectural and artistic relics that has been interested in being embellished and restored from socialized sources. Previously, the communal house was built with bricks, the roof was covered with yin-yang tiles in the shape of the letter Nhat with an area of 30 m2. Over time, the communal house was ruined, leaving only the foundation and the base. In the late 20th century, local people contributed money to temporarily build a small house with an area of 8 m2, roofed with tiles for worship. In 2021, the People's Committee of the commune requested a policy from the superiors and called for socialized contributions from the people and visitors from all directions to rebuild the entire main room of the communal house (the main worship hall) with an area of 112 m2 and other worship items with a total cost of nearly 2 billion VND.
Ms. Nong Thi Thuy Huong, Vice Chairwoman of Quang Lac Commune People's Committee, Head of Pac Moong Communal House Management Board, said: Pac Moong Communal House was built by local people in the area to commemorate the merits of King Dinh Tien Hoang. When the communal house was restored and embellished, the people were very happy and excited. In order to widely promote the relic and attract more people to know about it, we have directed the cultural and social department to create articles promoting the value of the communal house and post them on the commune's electronic information page; village chiefs have stepped up propaganda about the meaning and value of the relic to raise awareness of protecting and promoting the value of the heritage in the community.
Not only Pac Moong communal house, in 2025, thanks to the attention of authorities at all levels and people, tourists from near and far, King Le temple, Hoang Tan village, Hoang Dong commune was inaugurated after 1 year of restoration and embellishment with a total cost of about 4 billion VND, 100% from socialized sources, with items such as the front hall; the back hall; temple yard...
Mr. Le Van Ta, the head of the Le King Temple, was excited: "I and the people here are very happy that the temple has been renovated to be spacious and clean. For us, the temple has a very great meaning, it is a place for the people to remember the merits of King Le Thai To (Le Loi) and his generals. Our permanent relic team of 6 people takes turns every day to come here to sweep and clean, ensuring that the relic is solemn and clean."

Accordingly, authorities at all levels (where the relics are located) have sent letters to mobilize and call on the people, philanthropists, agencies and businesses in the area to support, thanks to which the degraded relics have been and are being promptly built and restored. From 2020 to now, the People's Committee of Lang Son city has built and restored more than 20 relics (including architectural and artistic relics) with a total cost of over 143 billion VND, of which nearly 60 billion VND is socialized. The socialization has been carried out regularly and continuously by the city with a large amount of funding over the years. It can be said that Lang Son city is truly a bright spot in the socialization, restoration and embellishment of relics, worth learning, creating a strong spread throughout the province.
Promoting the achieved results, the City People's Committee continues to promote heritage education to raise people's awareness, join hands to preserve and promote the value of relics, and promote the development of cultural tourism.
