Establishment of a Council for appraisal of the list of valuable architectural works in Quang Nam province

The Council for Appraisal of the List of Valuable Architectural Works in Quang Nam Province is chaired by Mr. Tran Nam Hung - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. The Vice Chairman of the Council is Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tam - Director of the Department of Construction.

The appraisal council consists of 10 members who are leaders of the following units: Quang Nam Provincial Association of Architects; Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Department of Transport; Department of Information and Communications; Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; Department of Planning and Investment; Department of Finance; Department of Planning Management (Department of Construction); Department of Energy and Engineering Management (Department of Industry and Trade); Department of Planning and Measurement, Department of Land Management (Department of Natural Resources and Environment); Chairman or Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of the district, town or city in charge of the field (where there are valuable architectural works); representatives of experts in the fields of architecture, culture and related organizations and individuals.

If necessary, the Chairman or Vice Chairman of the Appraisal Council may consider inviting a number of experts to participate in the appraisal of issues that need clarification of valuable architectural work documents.

The Council is responsible for giving opinions and appraising (establishing and adjusting) the list of valuable architectural works according to the evaluation and classification criteria specified in Articles 3 and 4 of Decree No. 85, dated July 17, 2020 of the Government.

At the same time, check and review the list of valuable architectural works based on the documents established by the assigned unit, and adjust the list of valuable architectural works according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 5 of Decree No. 85.
