Dan Tien Communal House is nearly 100 years old, worshiping the Three Great Kings, the village's tutelary gods who established the village and protected their homeland. In 2013, the Dan Tien Communal House festival was restored and organized at the commune level, and has now become a place for cultural and religious activities of local people every time Tet comes and spring comes. In 2023, the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province signed Decision No. 3317/QD-UBND on ranking Dan Tien Communal House as a provincial historical relic.

Dan Tien Communal House Festival takes place from January 15 to 18 every year with many activities such as: Nha to singing, antiphonal singing, traditional teasing singing and traditional folk games such as football, tug of war, stick pushing, chess...
