Thanh Hoa has just released a draft of a project to streamline the organization of the political system.

On December 9, Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee informed about the first Draft of the Project to streamline the organizational structure of Thanh Hoa province's political system to implement Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017 of the Party Central Committee (12th tenure).

Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Doan Anh requested that all levels and sectors urgently carry out tasks in the spirit of "running and queuing at the same time".

Accordingly, Thanh Hoa province will merge the following units: Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department; Department of Finance and Department of Planning and Investment; Department of Transport and Department of Construction; Department of Natural Resources and Environment and Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; Department of Information and Communications and Department of Science and Technology; Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and Department of Home Affairs.

In the draft, Thanh Hoa will end the activities of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc; the Provincial Health Care and Protection Board; the Thanh Hoa Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center and 11 Party delegations and Party executive committees of provincial agencies and units.

Thanh Hoa organized a steering committee conference and information on the first Draft of the Project to streamline the organizational apparatus of the provincial political system.

Mr. Nguyen Doan Anh, Secretary of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, requested all levels and sectors to urgently deploy tasks in the spirit of "running while queuing" and with the motto "The Central level does not wait for the provincial level, the provincial level does not wait for the district level, the district level does not wait for the grassroots level".
