On October 5, the international cruise ship National Geographic Resolution docked at Ben Dam port, Con Dao district, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province. About 50 tourists from the US, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand got off the ship to visit and explore Con Dao.
The National Geographic Resolution, which will be launched in late 2021, is 125m long and can accommodate 138 passengers, with a beautiful exterior design shaped like a blue whale. This cruise ship is special because it can sail on frozen seas, along with modern facilities like a floating resort complex.
The ship is equipped with a fleet of Zodiac motorized landing craft, kayaks, snowshoes, cross-country skis and other specialized equipment, serving tourists to explore the world's wilderness; explore the ocean floor.

Immediately after the ship docked, the Con Dao National Tourist Area Management Board organized a reception, gave souvenirs and a guidebook introducing Con Dao to tourists.
Passengers on the ship will visit and explore famous destinations in Con Dao such as: So Ray, Hang Duong Cemetery, Con Dao Museum, French Tiger Cages, Phu Hai Camp, snorkeling, kayaking and eco-tourism at Hon Bay Canh.
On the same afternoon, the National Geographic Resolution ship left Ben Dam port, ending its tour of Con Dao and continuing its journey to Malaysia.
