In the bustling and warm atmosphere, Colonel Trinh Xuan Tung sent best wishes to the officers and soldiers of Ship 637 and their families on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025; at the same time, he shared the feelings, difficulties and hardships of the soldiers when performing the duty of Tet duty at sea in harsh weather conditions, storms, far from their families.

The Commander of the Region emphasized: Tet is a sensitive time, when situations are likely to occur. Therefore, officers and soldiers of the ship need to uphold their sense of responsibility, actively patrol, observe and detect targets, not to miss, be passive, or surprised, and be ready to successfully handle all situations, contributing to firmly protecting the sacred sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland so that people can celebrate Tet in peace.

On behalf of the officers and soldiers of the ship, Major Nguyen Cong Bang, Captain of Ship 637, thanked the affection, care, encouragement and sharing of the Head of the Regional Command, and said that this was the second consecutive year that Ship 637 had carried out the task of patrolling and standing guard at sea during the traditional Tet holiday of the nation. Although they could not celebrate Tet with their families, the officers and soldiers of the ship were all assured in their work, clearly identified their responsibilities, enthusiastically competed to achieve results, and determined to complete their assigned tasks well.
On this occasion, the Command of Naval Region 5, Brigade 127 and Squadron 511 presented officers and soldiers of Ship 637 with many meaningful gifts.
