Similarly, after increasing the price, traders in Phu Tho, Thai Binh, Ha Nam, Vinh Phuc, Ninh Binh purchased live pigs at 68,000 VND/kg, equal to Bac Giang, Thai Binh, and Hanoi.

Other localities did not record any price fluctuations, of which, the price of 67,000 VND/kg was recorded in Yen Bai, Lao Cai, Nam Dinh, Thai Nguyen, and Tuyen Quang.
Latest live pig prices in the Central Highlands region
In this area, the price of live pigs today decreased in a narrow range and fluctuated between 63,000 - 67,000 VND/kg.
Specifically, after both reducing by 1,000 VND/kg, traders in Ha Tinh and Ninh Thuan are purchasing live pigs at 65,000 VND/kg.
The remaining localities did not record any price fluctuations, of which traders in Lam Dong, Thanh Hoa, and Binh Thuan are purchasing live pigs at 67,000 VND/kg, the highest in the region.

On the other hand, after a price reduction, traders in Dak Lak purchased pigs at 63,000 VND/kg, equal to Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa. This is the lowest recorded price in the region.

In the Southern region, the price of live pigs decreased slightly by VND 1,000/kg within a narrow range and fluctuated between VND 65,000 - 68,000/kg.
Accordingly, after reducing the price, traders in Binh Phuoc, Dong Nai, Ho Chi Minh City, Tay Ninh, Dong Thap, Kien Giang, Tra Vinh are purchasing live pigs at 66,000 VND/kg. This price is also recorded in Vinh Long, Can Tho, Hau Giang, Ben Tre, Bac Lieu.

In Soc Trang, traders are buying live pigs at 65,000 VND/kg after a price reduction compared to the previous day. This is the lowest price in the region.

In other localities in the region, the price of live pigs fluctuates around 67,000 VND/kg.
In general, the price of live pigs today fluctuates in opposite directions. Currently, the surveyed price in the provinces fluctuates between 63,000 - 69,000 VND/kg.
