Delegates cut the ribbon to open the Fair "Food and Drink - Food and Drink Ha Noi 2023".

With the participation of nearly 100 enterprises, cooperatives, and production establishments in the capital and 25 provinces and cities across the country, the 2023 Food and Drink Fair is organized with a scale of 110 booths, taking place from July 13 to 16, 2023. Products displayed and promoted at "Food and Drink Ha Noi 2023" include: Specialty products, typical of regions in the field of food and beverage; products that have been granted geographical indication protection certificates; food processing industry products of Hanoi and the whole country: Vegetables and fruits (fresh, dried, canned, frozen); seafood (frozen, canned and processed seafood products); beverages (wine, beer, soft drinks); tea and coffee; food ingredients (rice, nuts, spices, additives, sauces, etc.); Processed foods (confectionery of all kinds, milk, dairy products, canned and processed foods, ready-made foods, cooking oils, functional foods); food processing technology equipment, specialty products of Hanoi and provinces and cities across the country... ensuring quality, food hygiene and safety, and origin of goods.

Deputy Director of Hanoi Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Bui Duy Quang delivered the opening speech at the Fair.

Speaking at the opening of the program, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Bui Duy Quang emphasized: With the coordination of central ministries, branches, provinces and cities nationwide and the enthusiastic participation of business associations, "Food and Drink Ha Noi 2023" is organized to strengthen trade promotion activities, support promotion, expand markets, find outlets for specialty products, typical food and beverage products of Hanoi and localities, thereby raising awareness and trust of consumers in the quality and brand of Vietnamese products, effectively implementing the campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods".

According to the Deputy Director of the Hanoi Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion, the event hopes to bring a space for people to experience and shop while creating favorable conditions for a large number of enterprises producing and trading agricultural products, food and beverages to meet, exchange, learn and grasp information, and at the same time display and introduce their products to domestic and foreign customers in order to find partners, promote exports, expand markets, and bring domestic agricultural and food products to the international level.

The "Food and Drink - Food and Drink Ha Noi 2023" fair takes place for 4 days, from July 13 to 16, 2023 in Hanoi, promising to be a place to bring visitors and consumers an attractive shopping space and experience.
