Tam Ky trains in digitization and database updating

The conference aims to promote the construction, updating and completion of databases to serve digital government, digital economy and digital society. This is also an important foundation to help create a synchronous data system, interconnected from commune to provincial level, contributing to improving the effectiveness of management and operation.

At the conference, officials and civil servants were instructed to review and evaluate the current status of data records that need to be digitized according to current regulations. Methods of digitization, updating data into the province's electronic archives, and data entry procedures according to digital data standards were also shared and discussed in detail.

The conference agreed to assign tasks, identify personnel in charge of digitalization work at agencies and units, and develop a specific implementation roadmap. Units will mobilize personnel to operate and provide open data, promote digitalization, and input data into the province's shared information systems and specialized databases.

The goal is to ensure that data is ready to be exploited on the integrated data sharing platform (LGSP) and open data portal, thereby effectively serving local management and administration, while creating favorable conditions for people and businesses in carrying out administrative procedures.
