Vu Tuan Anh (born in 1993 in Ho Chi Minh City), is a bank employee, currently residing in Dong An 3 quarter, Binh Hoa ward, Thuan An city, Binh Duong province.
Vu Tuan Anh's behavior of driving a car with license plate 61A-904.76 was not paying attention, not reducing speed, not keeping a safe distance from the vehicle in front, causing serious consequences injuring Pham Thi Tuyet Mai (born in 2006), Mr. Phung Cam Sang (born in 1968), Mr. Ha Cong Thinh (born in 1994) and Ms. Hoang Thi Thu (born in 1984).
Previously, at around 4:07 p.m. on June 6, Vu Tuan Anh drove a Vinfast car with license plate 61A-904.76 on DT743C road from Ong Bo bridge to the 550 intersection.
When reaching the Cuu Long intersection in Dong An 3 neighborhood, Binh Hoa ward, the car driven by Vu Tuan Anh hit 5 motorbikes waiting at the red light going in the same direction ahead; then hit 2 trucks, a car and 2 motorbikes.
The accident injured four people; among them, Pham Thi Tuyet Mai was seriously injured and taken to Cho Ray Hospital for emergency treatment, and is currently brain dead.
