The planning phase in Clause 2, Clause 7, Article 1 of Decision No. 558 dated May 15, 2019 is amended from "short-term phase to 2025" to "short-term phase to 2030"; from "long-term phase to 2035" to "long-term phase to 2045".
Clause 5, Article 1 of Decision No. 558 dated May 15, 2019 of the Prime Minister on "vision to 2050" is abolished.

The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province coordinates with the Ministry of Construction to amend and supplement the contents of the general urban planning project dossier of Bac Ninh until 2045. The planning project needs to update the policies and resolutions of the Party, the National Assembly, the Government, the instructions of the Prime Minister, national sectoral plans and related plans, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
Previously, according to Decision No. 558 dated May 15, 2019 of the Prime Minister approving the adjustment of the construction planning of Bac Ninh province to 2035, with a vision to 2050, the planning scope includes administrative units: Bac Ninh city, Tien Du district, Tu Son town, Que Vo district and Yen Phong district with a total area of nearly 492 km2.
