North Korean leader Kim Jong Un oversaw the test-launch of a strategic cruise missile on February 26 and ordered the country to be ready to use its nuclear strike capability as a deterrent, which he said would ensure the most effective defense capability for the country, the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) said on February 28.
