Son Tung M-TP surpasses both famous Brother shows

With just one song, Son Tung M-TP kept the heat throughout the second half of the year, surpassing two popular Anh Trai shows.

According to statistics from YouNet Media - a media unit specializing in measuring social network discussion indexes, the SocialTrend Reply 2024 list brings together many hot topics of the past year.

Data is collected from articles and public comments on platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Online News... and measured by the SocialTrend platform.

In the music field, the achievements of the two shows Anh trai vu ngan cong gai and Anh trai say hi were recorded with high indexes. However, Son Tung M-TP still dominated, occupying 2 positions in the top 4.

The MV "Don't make my heart hurt" took the top spot with 2.1 million discussions, higher than the second place concert "Anh trai say hi" which attracted 1.47 million discussions.

In third place, Son Tung continues to have a standout song, "We of the Future". Fourth place belongs to the concert "Anh trai vu ngan cong gai".

With only 2 MVs, Son Tung M-TP dominated the discussion in the music industry, surpassing many famous events/names such as Rosé's hit "APT.", the 2024 MAMA awards ceremony, the GENFEST music festival...

In 2024, Spotify Wrapped also announced the list of most listened songs in Vietnam, in which Son Tung M-TP had 2 songs: "Don't make my heart hurt" at the top of the list, and "We of the future" at number 7.

On YouTube, "Don't Make My Heart Hurt" is the only Vietnamese music video of the year to surpass 100 million views, holding the #1 Trending position for nearly a month.

The 2 concerts of the 2 Brother shows took place at the end of the year so they did not dominate the music category, but in the general table, both shows had high discussion.

Brother Say Hi ranked 1st, Brother Overcoming Thousands of Challenges ranked 3rd in the top 10 hottest topics on social networks in 2024, showing great influence.

Say Hi has held 4 concerts, including 2 nights in Ho Chi Minh City and 2 nights in Hanoi. The shows attracted tens of thousands of spectators. In the near future, the producer has revealed the 5th concert of the famous TV show.

Meanwhile, Anh trai vu ngan cong thorn had 2 successful shows in Ho Chi Minh City and Hung Yen. In March 2025, the 3rd show will reunite with Ho Chi Minh City audiences.
