ANTD.VN - Sapo has just signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Gojek, to connect Sapo FnB restaurant and cafe management software (food service) with Gojek's GoFood order management platform.

The cooperation between Sapo and Gojek is a new step to help restaurant, eatery, and cafe owners manage and operate comprehensively on Sapo FnB software.
Sapo FnB software will integrate order management features from Gojek such as receiving orders, tracking GoFood orders, summarizing revenue reports, synchronizing menus... creating a seamless experience, optimizing business processes for restaurant owners.
With the cooperation between Sapo and Gojek, restaurant and eatery owners can: Synchronize dish information, orders, and order processing procedures between platforms quickly, helping restaurants and eateries effectively manage culinary business operations;
Increase centralization and stability when all information from multiple sales channels, including Gojek's GoFood sales channel, is integrated into a single sales management channel Sapo FnB. Restaurants and eateries significantly reduce order tracking devices on each platform.

From March 11, 2024, restaurant, eatery, and cafe owners can register to use the feature of receiving orders and managing GoFood orders directly on the Sapo FnB software or mobile application. Currently, the supplier is offering customers incentives on service fees and application review time...
