While eating at the restaurant, Mr. H. said that Le Duy Hung (born 2001), residing in Tho Xuong commune, Tho Xuan district, Thanh Hoa (a customer at the restaurant) looked at his girlfriend, so the two sides had a conflict.
About 15 minutes later, Hung and his friends left first.
Angry about the previous argument, Hung returned to his rented room and prepared a knife with the intention of finding Mr. H. to resolve the conflict.
