Branch 3 is a grassroots branch under the Youth Union of the Central Office of the Vietnam Journalists Association. The branch consists of 18 members currently working in 4 units: Office of the Vietnam Journalists Association, Professional Department, Association Working Department, and Inspection Department.

Presenting the direction, tasks and solutions for the work of the Youth Union and the youth movement of Branch 3 in the period of 2024 - 2027, comrade Nguyen Thi Tuyet Hanh, Secretary of Branch 3, said that with the slogan "Solidarity, initiative, dedication, creativity" and the spirit of "Good advice, good service", this will be a political activity to promote the solidarity, creativity, enthusiasm and collective intelligence of the youth. Branch 3 will strive to excellently complete the assigned political tasks and build the agency's Youth Union stronger and stronger.

The Youth Union strives to organize, participate in, and propagate 2 annual topics on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style for union officials, union members, and youth. Closely follow the political tasks of the unit, annually coordinate with other union units. Organize and participate in activities to return to the source, meet with traditions, visit, and give gifts to families of policy beneficiaries and wounded soldiers.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Tran Thi Huong Giang - Member of the Party Executive Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell, Deputy Chief of Office of the Vietnam Journalists Association said that youth union members are like the right arm of the agency, the Party and the departments and units, and are a dynamic and pioneering force. Especially in the 4.0 era, each union member also needs to take the lead in implementing the task of applying technology to professional activities. It is necessary to promote the role of youth in digital transformation in the current situation, ready to commit and take on new and difficult tasks.

Union members and branches need to actively advise and closely coordinate with trade unions and other mass organizations so that union members can participate in activities, thereby promoting their important role on all fronts, especially in carrying out assigned political tasks.
