The event has a large number of delegates attending, therefore, Major General Tran Quoc Viet proposed to establish a Forward Command Center to have unified and smooth direction.

According to Dr. Tran Quoc Binh, pharmacist, Deputy Director of Cho Ray Hospital, for previous events, we can have preliminary assessments of the quantity of medical equipment and medicines. However, this event is very large, so it is necessary to develop a more specific and thoughtful plan to ensure both quantity and quality, and at the same time proactively connect the logistics warehouses of hospitals so as not to be passive in the most urgent situations.
