Regarding infrastructure breakthroughs, the Prime Minister mentioned strategic infrastructures such as the North-South high-speed railway, the Hai Phong-Hanoi-Lao Cai railway; digital infrastructure, healthcare, education and social infrastructure and urban railways in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City./.
