On September 17, the Examination Council for leadership positions under the management of the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee held an examination for the positions of deputy directors of the Departments of Natural Resources and Environment, Culture, Sports and Home Affairs. The three successful candidates were awarded appointment decisions right at the examination.
Quang Ninh provincial leaders presented flowers to congratulate the appointed candidates.
There are 6 candidates participating in the exam, each position has 2 candidates. These are all candidates who have passed the foreign language proficiency and general knowledge test, qualified to continue to present the project and answer questions from the exam board. The exams are organized to ensure full procedures, seriousness, and compliance with regulations.
According to the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, the candidates' proposals presented to the selection council all focused on new issues, with different approaches, accompanied by very specific, breakthrough solutions to solve current challenges and promote the development of industries and fields.
After the candidates completed the exam, the examination board announced the results of the candidates.
Accordingly, Ms. Pham Thi Thuy Huong, Chief of Office of the Department of Home Affairs, was elected as Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy, Head of the Department of Culture and Family Management (Department of Culture and Sports) was elected as Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports; Mr. Nguyen Nhu Hanh, Head of the Department of Environmental Protection (Department of Natural Resources and Environment) was elected as Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
Since 2013, Quang Ninh province has appointed many leaders and managers through competitive examinations. The competitive examinations are guaranteed to be public, democratic, and serious, ensuring that they meet the requirements of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
