Quang Nam approves 1,581 land acquisition project lists

Of the 1,581 land acquisition project lists in 2025, there are 1,263 project lists using state budget capital with an acquisition area of ​​more than 3,399.3 hectares; 318 project lists using non-state budget capital with an acquisition area of ​​2,516.3 hectares (including more than 200.6 hectares of specialized rice land; special-use forest land: 0.74 hectares, protective forest land: 10.32 hectares). Tam Ky City has 194 lists with a total acquisition area of ​​more than 461.1 hectares; Hoi An City has 40 lists with a total acquisition area of ​​more than 83 hectares...

The Provincial People's Council assigned the Provincial People's Committee to implement land recovery for project categories in accordance with current legal regulations. For urban area project categories (urban areas, new urban areas, market residential areas, high-class ecological urban areas, etc.), the Provincial People's Committee is requested to implement land recovery after reviewing related documents to ensure that the conditions are in cases where the State recovers land according to the provisions of Article 79 of the 2024 Land Law.

The Provincial People's Council also assigned the District People's Council to strengthen supervision of land management and use in the locality.
