Accordingly, after considering the opinions of relevant sectors, on July 24, the People's Committee of Quang Nam province issued a document agreeing on the policy of adjusting the design of the construction drawings of the access road and continuing to invest in a number of items in phase 2 of the project to expand the boat anchorage area, combined with the construction of Hong Trieu fishing port.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (investor) to urgently organize the preparation of complete documents and related procedures to implement the above contents strictly, in accordance with current legal regulations, and ensure progress as committed. At the same time, it is responsible for disbursing all central budget capital allocated for the project that has been transferred from 2023 to 2024.

Relevant departments, branches, units and localities, based on their assigned functions and tasks, are responsible for monitoring, guiding, urging and supervising the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in the implementation process; inspecting and advising the Provincial People's Committee to review and resolve related records and procedures under their authority according to regulations.
