In the final episode of Who is that person season 5, singer Vu Thao My was the female lead with a panel of advisors including Minh Tu, Phuong Ly, Le Quyen and Lam Bao Chau. In the first round, the female singer said goodbye to Tran Trong. She felt that he carried the energy of someone who already had an owner.
As expected, Tran Trong and his girlfriend stepped onto the stage, the two had been in love for 8 years. Tran Trong's girlfriend felt that he was a loyal boyfriend and loved her very much. Immediately after, Tran Trong also had a romantic proposal to his girlfriend right on stage.

Coming to round 2, Hieu Vu was the next guy to stop. The panel of advisors all thought he was part of the LGBT group, however Le Quyen thought he was a single guy. Afterwards, Hieu Vu appeared with a purple sign. He confided that he had realized something had changed in himself since he was a child, but because he was the eldest son, “coming out” was still very difficult.
Before leaving, Hieu Vu also prepared a gift for Vu Thao My. He admired all the girls who dared to put aside the past and sit in the female lead's chair to find their other half.
The remaining 3 guys entered the final round. While Le Quyen and Minh Tu both thought that Tim Nguyen was still the most suitable person for Vu Thao My, Phuong Ly and Lam Bao Chau thought that Hayden Pham was the one to choose. After some hesitation, Vu Thao My decided to give the flower to Hayden Pham.

In the reveal, Tim Nguyen appeared as a man who was already taken. He shared that his wife had just given birth to a baby so he could not be on stage today. Tim Nguyen also confirmed that his appearance had made many people think that he was part of the LGBT group.
Minh Tien was the second person to come out. Vu Thao My felt he was LGBT, but the panel of advisors confirmed that he was definitely single. The reveal made Vu Thao My regretful that Minh Tien was the only single man in this episode. Even though he was eliminated, Minh Tien promised to stay until the end of the show to wait for Vu Thao My.

Hayden Pham - the guy chosen by the female lead appeared with a red palette that was "taken". Appearing on the show, his wife revealed that the two had just gotten married 2 months ago.
Although he thought he would leave alone, Minh Tien kept his promise to stay until the end of the show to wait for Vu Thao My. MC Tran Thanh and the panel of advisors were all overwhelmed by this romantic ending.
