On the afternoon of April 15, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized the fashion and street music festival "Hello Quang Ngai Carnival!". This is a highlight activity within the framework of Quang Ngai Tourism Week 2025. The festival is not only an entertainment event, but also a friendly, vibrant and unique greeting that Quang Ngai wants to send to domestic and foreign tourists.

The festival opened with a parade of groups, combining decorated floats with symbols and costumes rich in cultural identity. The fashion and street music festival “Hello Quang Ngai Carnival!” gathered more than 1,200 people including professional actors, artists, clubs, dance groups, students and pupils to participate in the parade.

In addition, the festival also featured children's performances, flashmob dancing, music, and food stalls. Thousands of locals and tourists came to watch and immerse themselves in the vibrant atmosphere of the festival.
