Representing the delegation of the Provincial People's Council, comrade Trinh Xuan Thuy, Provincial Party Committee member, District Party Committee Secretary, announced the expected agenda of the 23rd Session of the 18th Provincial People's Council.
At the meeting, the representative of the Provincial People's Council Delegation informed the voters of Yen Dinh district about the expected content and program of the 23rd Session of the 18th Provincial People's Council. Briefly reported the socio-economic situation of the province in the first 10 months of 2024; key tasks in the last months of the year. At the same time, reported the results of handling voters' opinions and recommendations at the 20th Session of the 18th Provincial People's Council.

Overview of the voter meeting
Voters of Yen Lac, Yen Ninh, and Yen Thinh communes proposed to expand the traffic corridor and build drainage ditches on the provincial road through the communes, but the lack of drainage ditches caused flooding and traffic congestion during the rainy season, affecting production and people's lives. Voter representatives of Yen Lac commune gave their opinions on the planning of the district's waste collection site in the commune.
Voters of Dinh Tang commune requested that the authorities strictly handle the situation of trucks carrying oversized and overloaded goods, causing traffic accidents, environmental pollution, etc.; the province and district have appropriate mechanisms, and regulate the commune budget from land fund revenue. Investment in basic construction in the commune faces many difficulties.
After listening to voters' opinions and recommendations, delegate Pham Tien Dung, Chairman of Yen Dinh District People's Committee, received opinions and answered questions within the district's authority.
On behalf of the Provincial People's Council Delegation, Comrade Dau Thanh Tung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, respectfully thanked the voters of Yen Dinh district for their trust in the Provincial People's Council Delegation and congratulated the efforts and determination of the Party Committee, government and people of the district, which was recognized by the Prime Minister as meeting the advanced NTM standards and being the first two districts in the Central region and Thanh Hoa province; 1 of 14 districts nationwide to complete the advanced NTM. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed that the opinions and recommendations of the voters were all enthusiastic, showing concern for the development process of the homeland. He received and explained issues under the province's authority. The Delegation received and summarized other proposals and recommendations that voters were interested in and reported to the Provincial People's Council for consideration and resolution.
