Assigning the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department to be a Standing Member of the Standing Committee of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee

The Standing Member of the Provincial Party Committee is responsible for assisting the Provincial Party Secretary in handling the daily work of the Party Committee, performing tasks directly assigned by the Provincial Party Secretary, and representing the Provincial Party Secretary in handling work when the Provincial Party Secretary is absent.

He is also responsible for preparing the working program of the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Board, preparing the program and content of conferences; signing a number of administrative documents of the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Board after receiving the consensus of the Provincial Party Committee Secretary.

At present, the Standing Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee has only 12 members, after all three members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee were temporarily detained.

After comrade Duong Van An was assigned to hold the position of Secretary of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, up to now, Vinh Phuc province still lacks 2 Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committee.
