On the morning of February 20, the Mobile Police Regiment, Mobile Police Command, Ministry of Public Security stationed in Quang Yen town, Quang Ninh province held the opening ceremony of the training course for citizens performing their duty to join the People's Public Security in 2025.

Attending the ceremony were Major General Nguyen Ngoc Thanh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Commander of the Mobile Police Command, Ministry of Public Security; Colonel Nguyen Thuan - Deputy Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police and representatives of police forces of provinces and cities in the Northeast region.

In 2025, the Mobile Police Command, Ministry of Public Security will organize training for 17,187 new soldiers at training units across the country. Of which, the Northeast Mobile Police Regiment is assigned to train 1,635 soldiers from the northeastern provinces such as Hai Phong, Hai Duong, Hung Yen, Thai Binh, Quang Ninh, Thai Nguyen, Bac Ninh, Bac Giang...

The soldiers participating in the training are all excellent citizens with good moral qualities. Among them, many soldiers with college, university and post-graduate degrees have volunteered to join the People's Public Security Forces to train and participate in protecting the Fatherland.

In his opening speech, Colonel Nguyen Van Vinh, Party Secretary and Commander of the Northeast Mobile Police Regiment, said that in order to promptly meet the tasks of the Mobile Police Command and the Ministry of Public Security, the unit was assigned to coordinate the selection of 306 citizens to join the People's Public Security force in 5 provinces and cities in the Northern region and receive and manage the training of 1,635 citizens to perform their service in the People's Public Security force, selected according to the police quota in 9 provinces and cities in the Northern region.

According to the full-course program, new soldiers are trained for 3 months. Soldiers are given basic knowledge of politics, law, regulations, military, and martial arts of the People's Public Security Forces... and are proficient in using support equipment, guns, and explosives to meet the professional requirements of People's Public Security soldiers.

In addition, soldiers have access to a number of current legal documents such as the Criminal Law, the Criminal Procedure Law, the Law on Mobile Police; the functions, tasks, and powers of the People's Public Security force and some specialized knowledge and skills on Mobile Police, target protection; training and practicing combat skills and tactics to serve the work process after completing the training course.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Major General Nguyen Ngoc Thanh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Commander of the Mobile Police Command, Ministry of Public Security requested new recruits to strictly comply with the Party's guidelines, policies, State laws, the People's Public Security regulations, and the unit's rules and regulations.

Determine good ideology, give up living habits that are not suitable for the environment of the armed forces. Strictly comply with all study, living, working regimes and regulations on the People's Public Security's regulations and discipline and the commander's orders, build internal solidarity, have a spirit of honesty, friendliness and help for comrades...

"It is necessary to determine that performing the duty of joining the People's Public Security Forces is an honor and pride for each comrade to the Fatherland, the people, and their families and relatives. ... Strive to achieve the highest results when completing the training content, worthy of being a citizen who has fulfilled the duty of protecting the Fatherland. At the same time, this is an opportunity for comrades to train and become a people's public security soldier," the Deputy Commander of the Mobile Police Command shared.

At the end of the opening ceremony, representatives of units of the Northeast Mobile Police Regiment participating in the training signed a competition agreement to successfully complete the training mission.

According to the representative of the Mobile Police Command, in 2025, the Ministry of Public Security will organize training for citizens to perform their duty to join the People's Public Security of Public Security units and localities nationwide according to the Project to reorganize the People's Public Security Training Centers in a streamlined, effective and efficient manner.

After receiving the new recruits, the CSCĐ Command arranged and allocated troops to 10 Regiments and 2 Training Centers to organize reception and training at 12 locations across the country.

This is an important task to gradually improve the quality of the input source of the People's Public Security force towards the goal of building a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, and modern People's Public Security force...
