“Orange Festival” was created to help FPT Polytechnic students learn and get the fastest recruitment information from FPT Corporation. Many students attended the event to learn about job opportunities. Up to now, FPT Corporation has nearly 70,000 employees in 63 provinces and cities nationwide and 29 countries around the world.

The event had booths introducing job positions at each company, entertainment areas and a discussion with corporate HR directors, attracting more than 1,500 participants, in which the industries that received the most attention were software technology, telecommunications, etc.

At the discussion "Studying at F school, working at F house", Mr. Chu Quang Huy - Human Resources Director of FPT Corporation shared about human resource development strategy and opportunities for students. He said that in 2023, FPT plans to recruit over 20,000 new people with 40% of recruitment positions in IT and 60% in other fields. Therefore, many job opportunities are waiting for students.

Along with that, the group's recruitment perspective has long been not too focused on qualifications but on the actual capacity of the staff. " Therefore, when looking at the school's message of "Practical learning, practical work", I am very happy because the training philosophy also goes hand in hand with the group's recruitment criteria " - Mr. Huy said.

Mr. Huy also said that FPT has set a big goal of having 1 million employees by 2035, and at the same time, moving from "the best workplace in Vietnam" to "the happiest workplace in Vietnam". Therefore, the group has been making profound changes to suit the new group of employees that currently accounts for 54% - genZ.

Currently, the average age of FPT Corporation's entire staff is 28, and in the IT sector alone, it is 26.3. Not only focusing on employee experience, the company has many programs and activities to make the working environment more comfortable and dynamic, ready to welcome GenZ to join the group.
