Ms. Nguyen Hoang Hieu, Director of the Center for Human Resource Demand Forecasting and Labor Market Information of Ho Chi Minh City (Falmi), said that Falmi has made initial forecasts on human resource demand in the first quarter of 2024 based on economic forecast data in the coming time of Ho Chi Minh City.
Specifically, according to Resolution No. 31-NQ/TW dated December 30, 2022 of the Politburo on the direction and tasks of developing Ho Chi Minh City to 2030, with a vision to 2045, the target by 2030 is that Ho Chi Minh City's average GRDP growth will reach about 8-8.5%/year.
From the above economic targets, it is forecasted that the labor force will have corresponding jobs to meet the economic development needs according to 2 scenarios.
