The Ho Chi Minh City Theater Association and the Ho Chi Minh City Small Stage Theater will have working sessions with the Busan Theater Association. Artists from both sides will discuss styles and techniques of staging on the theater stage (workshop) combined with performances. Artists from the Ho Chi Minh City Small Stage Theater will perform an excerpt from "Love of the Dieu Bong Leaves" with the participation of People's Artist My Uyen, artists Quoc Thinh, and Hong Dao.
Artists from the Busan Theater Association will also perform some shows. On the evening of October 23, they will watch the play "Comrade" by the Ho Chi Minh City Small Theater (author Le Thu Hanh, director People's Artist Tran Ngoc Giau).
The play "Comrade" by the Ho Chi Minh City Small Stage Drama Theater will be performed for exchange.
The Busan Theater Association is a long-standing organization with many achievements in cultural and artistic activities. Every year, the association organizes two festivals in June and October. In addition to singing and dancing, the association's 350 members can also perform musical instruments.
Mr. Lee Jung Nam, Chairman of Busan Theater Association, suggested inviting the Ho Chi Minh City Theater Association to attend the cultural festival held in Korea in 2025. The Ho Chi Minh City Theater Association also invited the Busan Theater Association to attend the 1st City Theater Festival - 2024, held next November.
