Specifically, the company will offer 100 million shares to existing shareholders by exercising purchase rights. The exercise ratio is 2:1 and the offering price is VND10,000/share. After the offering, TPS's charter capital will increase to VND3,000 billion. According to the plan approved by the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, the company wants to increase its capital to VND4,000 billion.
Or Ho Chi Minh City Securities Company (HSC) has just completed the issuance of more than 68.6 million shares to pay dividends to existing shareholders. In addition to the dividend shares, the remaining 228.6 million shares are offered to existing shareholders at a ratio of 2:1. The charter capital is expected to increase from VND4,581 billion to VND7,552 billion.
Previously, in December 2023, shareholders of SSI Securities Company approved the plan to issue more than 302.2 million bonus shares to increase capital, at a ratio of 100:20, or 20% (shareholders owning 100 shares will receive 20 new shares).
