Kinhtedothi - To facilitate the arrangement and streamlining of the organization, creating conditions for the next generation to continue to ensure the smooth operation of the apparatus, many officials of Vinh Phuc province have proactively asked to resign from work, including members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Provincial Party Committee members.
Currently, the People's Council of Vinh Phuc province has been appraising the contents of the organizational arrangement of specialized agencies and equivalent agencies under the Provincial People's Committee for approval at the regular meeting in February 2025 (scheduled to be held on February 19, 2025).
Previously, Vinh Phuc province quickly and resolutely implemented the arrangement and streamlining of the political system's organizational apparatus in accordance with the spirit of Conclusion No. 09-KL/BCĐ dated November 24, 2024 of the Central Steering Committee on summarizing the implementation of Resolution No. 18 of the 12th Party Central Committee.
Specifically, on February 3, 2025, Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee held a Conference to announce decisions on restructuring the apparatus of organizations and agencies of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party bloc, including:
Decision to merge the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Board and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Board into the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Board; decision to end the activities of 7 Party Delegations and 3 Party Executive Committees; decision to end the activities of the Provincial Party Committee of Provincial Agencies and the Provincial Business Committee of Provincial Enterprises; decision to establish the Provincial Party Committee of Provincial Party Agencies and the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee to ensure compliance with the Central's orientation.
Thus, it can be seen that the key tasks of arranging and streamlining the organizational apparatus of the political system of Vinh Phuc province according to Plan No. 01-PA/TU dated January 6, 2025 of the Provincial Party Executive Committee and Plan No. 256-KH/TU dated January 6, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee have been basically completed on schedule and according to the set plan.
The above results have demonstrated the highest political determination of the entire political system of Vinh Phuc province in arranging a streamlined, strong, effective, efficient and effective apparatus according to the direction of the Central Government.
In order to facilitate the process of reorganizing the apparatus, creating conditions for the next generation to continue the work, ensuring the smooth operation of the apparatus; many cadres have proactively asked to retire from work, specifically: Comrade Standing Committee Member, Head of Propaganda Department (retired 1 year and 6 months before the age), Comrade Provincial Party Committee Member, Secretary of Phuc Yen City Party Committee (retired 1 year and 2 months before the age) have shown a high sense of responsibility, wishing to retire early.
In addition, it is expected that 2 Provincial Party Committee members and many leaders of departments, branches; heads and deputy heads of specialized departments, and affiliated units also wish to retire early to create favorable conditions for the province to arrange and streamline the organizational apparatus in the spirit of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW.
Praising the spirit of the comrades, the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and contributions of the comrades throughout their working process; the spirit of voluntary early retirement of the comrades demonstrated "high determination, courage and sacrifice of personal interests for the common good", which is of great significance, helping the province to be proactive in personnel work, well preparing for the Provincial Party Congress for the term 2025 - 2030.
Up to now, through preliminary synthesis, nearly 300 cadres, civil servants and public employees of Vinh Phuc province voluntarily applied to resign from work, enjoy early retirement regimes and policies, and quit their jobs according to Decree No. 177/2024/ND-CP, Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP of the Government when rearranging the organizational apparatus.
In the coming time, the Provincial Party Standing Committee determined that it is necessary to streamline the payroll, restructure the staff, civil servants, public employees and workers to eliminate unnecessary positions, duplicate functions and tasks, reduce ineffective work, focus resources on key areas, and arrange truly worthy and suitable personnel positions.
