Kinhtedothi - On February 13th, localities in Hoa Binh province simultaneously held ceremonies for the handover and reception of military personnel for 2025.
According to the plan, in 2025 Hoa Binh province will have a total of 1,958 citizens enlisting in the military. Of these, 1,600 citizens will perform military service, and 358 citizens will perform service in the People's Public Security Force.
According to Colonel Trinh Duc Thiem, Commander of the Provincial Military Command and Standing Vice Chairman of the Hoa Binh Provincial Military Service Council, to achieve the above results, the Military Service Councils at all levels have done a good job of registering and managing citizens of military age; organizing preliminary selection and medical examinations strictly, in accordance with procedures and regulations.
In addition, the province has intensified propaganda and education efforts to raise awareness and a sense of responsibility among all segments of the population in implementing the Military Service Law. As a result, the province's recruitment and conscription of citizens into the military in 2025 has ensured 100% of its targets are met with high quality. 100% of communes, wards, and towns have citizens enlisting, with no communes lacking recruits.
