After being reminded to muzzle dogs on the street and not let them defecate in public, a woman on Nghi Tam street, Yen Phu ward (Tay Ho district, Hanoi) was loudly assaulted by a group of people.
Initial information said that on the evening of February 10, at the beginning of Nghi Tam street, Yen Phu ward (Tay Ho district, Hanoi), a woman went to pick up her child and met a girl walking a dog weighing about 25-30kg, not muzzled and letting it relieve itself in front of the door, after which an argument broke out.
According to the clip posted on social media, when the woman saw the dog rushing towards her, she immediately reminded the girl not to let the dog go to the bathroom indiscriminately and to wear a muzzle. Instead of being receptive, the girl yelled at the woman who reminded her.
After that, the woman and her husband continued to remind the girl. However, the girl still kept the same attitude as before, continuing to curse... Seeing that, the woman and her husband left.
About 15 minutes later, the girl and her relatives came to quarrel and assault the woman.
On February 13, speaking with VietNamNet reporters, the leader of Tay Ho District Police (Hanoi) said that immediately after the incident, Yen Phu Ward Police intervened and are preparing a case file to handle it in accordance with the law.
According to Tay Ho District Police, because the case is under investigation, specific information cannot be provided yet.
Ms. Nguyen Hong Diep, Vice Chairman of Yen Phu Ward People's Committee, said that the incident caused the woman to have her nose broken. The ward police have invited both parties to the headquarters to handle the matter in accordance with the law.
