Speaking at the ceremony, sending congratulations to the 5 comrades who were trusted by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and assigned important responsibilities in new positions, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Trung said that these comrades had received thorough training, basically suitable for the assigned professional fields and had worked in many positions.
Appointing you comrades is an honor and pride for me, but it is also a heavy responsibility. First of all, it is the responsibility that the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, all levels, all sectors, especially the agencies and localities where you work, trust and entrust you with. Therefore, you comrades must strive to perform well the tasks, worthy of that trust.

In order for the appointed comrades to continue to strive and fulfill their tasks in their new positions, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Trung requested that they identify and be aware that as leaders, they must build solidarity and unity within their agencies and units. This is an important factor that determines the completion of assigned tasks.
On the other hand, comrades must quickly approach the work, ensuring the implementation of assigned tasks. In particular, comrade Hoang Sy Kien in his position as Director of the Department of Construction must quickly approach, take over the work, promote the results that the Department has achieved, overcome shortcomings and limitations; continue to innovate in style, methods, manners and working methods.
The Department of Construction and specialized departments under the Provincial People's Committee must aim for the goal that provincial leaders have repeatedly emphasized: to better serve people and businesses; to remove obstacles and difficulties in their assigned areas.

The head of the provincial People's Committee also requested that the appointed comrades be ready to shoulder the responsibility, especially in the current period when the province is implementing many set goals and tasks. Especially the goal of making Nghe An soon become a fairly developed province in the Northern region and the whole country.
Recalling that the Politburo issued Resolution No. 39 on building and developing the province until 2030, with a vision to 2045, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Trung said that the development goals and tasks of the province in the coming time are very large and heavy, accompanied by many challenges, requiring great efforts and determination.
