Only Vietnam Public Joint Stock Commercial Bank (PVcomBank) will operate 46 business units in Hanoi, Da Nang, Bac Ninh, Quang Nam, Hue, Lam Dong, Vung Tau, Ho Chi Minh City... until February 8, the 29th day of the Lunar New Year.
