The "app-to-app" feature allows customers to perform "identity verification" operations on Open Banking with "3 no's": no need to scan the ID card/citizen ID chip, no need for a phone with NFC technology and no need to go to the transaction counter.

Thus, users only need a few minutes to update biometrics and perform financial transactions such as money transfer, bill payment, savings, point of sale management..., bringing convenience and speed to customers, enhancing security and safety, limiting risks in financial, credit, insurance transactions...

Colonel Ngo Nhu Cuong - Deputy Director of the Department of Administrative Police for Social Order said that the connection between VNeID and Open Banking of Nam A Bank is an important milestone, demonstrating a strong step forward in promoting the application of electronic identification and authentication technology in the finance - banking sector, contributing to the realization of the national digital transformation strategy and the development of digital government, digital economy, and digital society.

“The RAR Center and Nam A Bank need to coordinate closely, promote the strengths of each party, continue to innovate, develop more products and services applied from population data, identity cards, and electronic identification. This will be an important foundation to improve the quality of payment activities, promote socio-economic development, and at the same time bring many practical and safe utilities to people and businesses,” emphasized Colonel Ngo Nhu Cuong.

In recent times, Nam A Bank has continuously researched, innovated, and applied technology to modern digital banking products and services. Recently, this bank has also simultaneously deployed the Happy Voice feature of balance change notification on Open Banking and notification via the Happy Box God of Wealth Speaker device, helping customers receive information about account balance changes immediately without having to open the application or read notifications on the phone screen.

In addition to Open Banking, Nam A Bank's digital banking ecosystem also includes OneBank and Robot OPBA with outstanding features, which have been positively received by customers.
