The Southern Hydrometeorological Station said that in the evening of the same day, monitoring satellite cloud images, weather radar images and lightning positioning showed that thunderstorms were developing and causing rain with thunderstorms and lightning in Tan Binh district, Go Vap district, Thu Duc city, district 12 and the city center.
This unit said that in the evening of the same day, thunderstorms continued to develop, causing showers, accompanied by thunderstorms and lightning in the above districts, then expanding to other neighboring areas.
Rainfall is generally from 2-10 mm, in some places over 10 mm. During thunderstorms, beware of strong gusts of wind around level 5-7 (8-17m/s).

The Southern Hydrometeorological Station said that on February 12, the weather in Ho Chi Minh City will be cloudy to mostly cloudy, with sunny days and chilly early mornings.
There is a possibility of scattered showers and thunderstorms in some areas due to the combined impact of the southern edge of the cold air mass and the low pressure trough with the low pressure area over the East Sea.
The lowest temperature ranges from 22-25 degrees Celsius and the highest from 30-33 degrees Celsius, with some places above 33 degrees Celsius.
