The "Red Devils" are likely to sell striker Anthony Martial in the summer transfer window, after a substitution incident in the win over Bournemouth.
Martial had to make way for Wout Weghorst, but went straight down the tunnel looking displeased. The incident happened in the 57th minute of Man Utd's 1-0 win over Bournemouth on May 20. According to the Daily Mail, Man Utd have run out of patience with Martial. And with the consent of coach Erik Ten Hag, the club will sell the French striker.

Martial has been at Man Utd since 2015. But the former Monaco striker has never been a big player. He only scored 87 goals in eight years at Man Utd, far behind the 122 goals scored by Marcus Rashford in the same period.
Martial has not made much of an impact this season either. He has played just 27 games and scored eight goals. The rest of the season, Martial has been sidelined due to hip, hamstring, back and Achilles injuries.
Martial's contract with Man Utd expires in June 2024 and his salary is $300,000 per week. With only one year left on his contract, Man Utd will likely have to sell him cheaply if they want to release him.
Man Utd are currently fourth in the Premier League with 69 points after 36 games, three points ahead of fifth-placed Liverpool, who have played one game less. The Red Devils only need one point from their remaining two games, against Chelsea and Fulham, to secure a place in the Champions League.
Coach Ten Hag wants to complete the task right away in the match against Chelsea on the evening of May 25. "This is a final," the Dutch coach said on May 22. "I hope the fans will be ready to cheer. We need a good performance and that is not easy."
On June 3, Man Utd will play Man City in the FA Cup final. If they win, Ten Hag's team will win their second title of the 2022-2023 season. Before that, they beat Newcastle 2-0 in the League Cup final.
