PLC is also one of the pioneering enterprises in equitization. Petrolimex Petrochemical Corporation, formerly known as Lubricants Company, was established on June 9, 1994. On October 13, 1998, Lubricants Company was renamed Petrochemical Company under Vietnam National Petroleum Corporation. On December 23, 2003, Lubricants Company was equitized. On March 1, 2004, Petrolimex Petrochemical Joint Stock Company officially came into operation.

PLC's products are exported to countries such as Laos, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Philippines... Since 2004, the Japanese Automotive Standards Organization (JASO) has granted JASO certification to PLC's motorcycle lubricants. PLC Lubricant Factory - Warehouse System owns 3 large-capacity storage warehouses, while providing high production capacity. Dinh Vu Warehouse is in the process of being put into operation in 2021.

Lubricants: PLC has 02 NMDN with a blending capacity of 125,000 MT/year. PLC has 02 Vilas Rooms: Vilas 017 in Hai Phong and Vilas 022 in Ho Chi Minh City, which are National Standard Testing Rooms. Asphalt: Asphalt Company is currently the only company in Vietnam managing and operating 07 Liquid Asphalt Plants: Thuong Ly (Hai Phong); Cua Lo (Nghe An); Tho Quang (Da Nang); Quy Nhon (Binh Dinh); Cam Ranh (Nha Trang); Nha Be (Ho Chi Minh City) and Tra Noc (Can Tho) with a total capacity of 39,650m3; with production lines of emulsion asphalt, polymer asphalt, liquid asphalt nationwide. HC Company manages more than 70 specialized tank trucks with a capacity of 10 to 16 tons nationwide to transport hot and liquid ND to construction sites of road, bridge, port and airport construction units. Chemicals: HC Company has 03 chemical warehouses in Thuong Ly (Hai Phong), Dinh Vu (Hai Phong) and Nha Be (HCMC) with a total capacity of 52,080 m3. HC Nha Be warehouse has a total capacity of 26,800 m3; in March 2019, Petrolimex Dinh Vu solvent - chemical warehouse was built on an area of 25,370 m2, with a total capacity of over 18,000 m3, the output received through the warehouse is about 80,000 tons/year.
