The Department of Health said that just by entering the keywords "boy" and "girl" on the Google search engine, the results will show a series of links advertising beauty services for sensitive areas of the body that have been illegally advertised by establishments.
These establishments use words that stimulate customers' curiosity and exploration.
Specifically, the advertising content was checked and handled by the Department of Health Inspectorate: "Bio boy, Bio girl, bio breast"... at One World Clinic - address on Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, Ward 5, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
"Dr. Trong - Prestigious circumcision in District 9", "Using the most advanced technology, 5-step circumcision in just 15 minutes (no pain, no bleeding, no hospitalization, no scars, no side effects)" at Vinhomes Grand Park urban area, Thu Duc City, Facebook social network account (discovered and handled by the Department of Health Inspectorate).
Or like the case of the business household "UCI INTERNATIONAL" - address on Nguyen Van Cu street, Cau Kho ward, district 1, advertising "medical standard male size increase, penis size increase, rejuvenation and regeneration of the entire face, wrinkle removal, muscle lifting...".
This information is posted continuously on the social networking site Facebook.
Recently, on May 8, a case with advertising content "Mor Grand - Increase Penis Size Without Surgery According to Medical Standards" was inspected and verified by the Department Inspectorate in coordination with the District 10 Health Department at the facility located at 2 Nguyen Ngoc Loc Street, Ward 14, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.
This facility was granted a business registration certificate by the Department of Planning and Investment of the City for Morgand Company Limited, with Ms. Trieu Thi Thanh Truc as the owner and director of the company.
Morgand Company Limited first registered its business on November 3, with Ms. Ngo Ai Linh as the owner. On March 13, it registered a change (first time) from Ms. Ngo Ai Linh to Ms. Trieu Thi Thanh Truc as the owner and director of the company.
At the time of inspection, the facility had a customer named TL (female) who came to perform weight loss services. According to Ms. TL, the facility injected her with weight loss injections in her abdomen and back (it is unclear what substance was injected). At the same time, checking at the customer reception desk, the team discovered invoices recording customer information for services such as "Korean and American penis enlargement; Testicle augmentation, weight loss..." performed from the beginning of 2024 until now.
In addition, the delegation also discovered capsule products (without labels), serums without Vietnamese sub-labels, and of unknown origin.
Also at this address, on April 2, the Department Inspectorate inspected and issued a decision to administratively sanction Grand Korea Company Limited for the violation of "providing medical examination and treatment services without a license to operate medical examination and treatment".
The additional penalty is the suspension of the facility's operations in the field of medical examination and treatment for a period of 18 months. This company no longer exists.
The case is currently being further verified by the District 10 Health Department and administrative violations are being handled according to the provisions of law.
