At the conference, Tam Ky City leaders received many comments related to building smart cities associated with administrative reform and digital transformation such as: installing more flood warning cameras; simplifying administrative procedures for people; continuing to strengthen training and software skills training for officials, civil servants and public employees.

People reflect that the technical infrastructure is still inadequate and not synchronized; the integration of databases of sectors and organizations has not been coordinated in data declaration; more community wifi points need to be installed... The comments and contributions of the people and officials, civil servants and public employees are recorded and promptly responded to by the city leaders.

Tam Ky City also implemented a consultation on the “5S” model (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain). This is a method to organize a workplace, especially a shared workplace, and maintain it in an organized, safe, clean and efficient manner, facilitating the application of a quality management system, bringing trust to customers and the public.

This model is applied by many government agencies and businesses around the world in their operations under specific conditions and characteristics.
