(Dan Tri) - Lam Dong province has just approved the investment policy for a rural residential area project with a total investment of nearly 1,300 billion VND.
On January 21, the People's Committee of Lam Dong province approved the investment policy for the Eco Grand Land Model Rural Residential Area project. This project will be implemented on an area of over 46 hectares in Village 8, Gia Hiep Commune, Di Linh District, Lam Dong Province.
Of which, 26 hectares will be used for residential land with about 1,446 plots of townhouses, villas and garden terraces.
In addition, the project also includes 1 hectare of commercial and service land; 1.8 hectares of land for education, culture and sports; 3.89 hectares of green space and parks and more than 13 hectares of traffic and infrastructure land.

The total investment capital for this project is up to nearly 1,300 billion VND, with an expected operating period of 50 years from the date of investment policy approval by Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee.
The project aims to meet the housing needs of the people through the transfer of land use rights in the form of subdivision and sale of plots. At the same time, the project also aims to create land funds for public works, solving employment and housing problems for local residents.
Notably, from the beginning of 2023 to the end of 2024, Lam Dong province did not have any commercial housing projects approved for investment, so the Eco Grand Land project became a bright spot in the current context.
