On the morning of March 31, the driver of the car involved in the above traffic accident, Mr. Nguyen Van Quang (born in 1998, residing in Tan Quang Commune, Ninh Giang) appeared at the Investigation Police Agency (Hai Duong Provincial Police). After checking, the authorities determined that Mr. Quang had no alcohol or drug concentration.

As reported, at 1:00 p.m. on March 30, at km16+11 of the East-West axis road of Hai Duong province, through Dao Lang village, Van Hoi commune (Ninh Giang), a traffic accident occurred, killing 2 people.

At that time, car 30F-380.82 driven by Mr. Nguyen Van Quang in the direction of Hung Long Commune People's Committee to Tuy Hoa clinic collided with motorbike 15B-225.51 driven by Mr. TXH carrying his wife, Ms. NTKT (both from Hai Phong City) going in the opposite direction to Mr. Quang's car.

As a result, Mr. H. and Ms. T. died on the spot, and both vehicles were severely damaged.

It is known that Mr. Quang, a hired driver, borrowed a 30F-380.82 car from a relative to return to Hung Long commune. At the time of the accident, Mr. Quang's wife and children were also in the car. Luckily, all 3 people in the car were not seriously injured.

Mr. H. and his wife had an accident while on their way back to their hometown in Ninh Giang to burn incense at their ancestors' graves on Thanh Minh festival.
