(Dan Tri) - Mr. Nguyen Tan Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of Khanh Hoa Province, has committed many violations with serious consequences that require disciplinary action, according to the conclusion of the Central Inspection Committee.
At the 53rd session of the Central Inspection Commission, which took place from January 6 to 8, the inspection agency reviewed the Report on the results of the proposal to discipline party members who violated the Party regulations at the Party Committees of localities and units: Khanh Hoa, Bac Giang, Lang Son, Binh Duong and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In particular, the Central Inspection Committee determined that Mr. Nguyen Tan Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province, violated Party regulations and State laws in performing assigned duties and tasks, in preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity.
Mr. Tuan also violated regulations on what party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example, causing serious consequences, reducing the prestige of the party organization and local government, to the point of having to take disciplinary action.

According to the conclusion of the inspection agency, Mr. Le O Pich, Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, former Vice Chairman of Bac Giang province; and Mr. Ly Vinh Quang, former Vice Chairman of Lang Son province, have degraded in political ideology, morality, and lifestyle.
These officials also violated Party regulations and State laws in performing assigned duties and tasks, in preventing and combating corruption, waste, and negativity; violated regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example.
According to the Central Inspection Commission, these violations caused very serious consequences, negatively affecting the reputation of the Party organization and local government, to the point of requiring disciplinary action.
The Central Inspection Committee also pointed out violations by Mr. Nguyen Hoang Thao, former Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Director of Binh Duong Provincial Police; and Mr. Vo Thanh Duc, former Director of Binh Duong Provincial Police.
These officials violated the principle of democratic centralism and working regulations; violated Party regulations and State laws in performing assigned duties and tasks, in the fight against crime; violated regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example, causing serious consequences, reducing the prestige of the Party organization and the Public Security sector, to the point of having to take disciplinary action.
The inspection agency also stated that Mr. Nguyen Nhu Hieu, Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, violated Party regulations and State laws in performing assigned duties and tasks; violated regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example.
The Central Inspection Committee decided to issue disciplinary warnings to Mr. Nguyen Hoang Thao, Mr. Vo Thanh Duc, and Mr. Nguyen Nhu Hieu.
Disciplinary action of reprimand applied to Mr. Nguyen Tan Tuan.
In addition, the Central Inspection Committee requested competent authorities to consider and discipline Mr. Le O Pich and Mr. Ly Vinh Quang.
