TPO – Dak Nong province has just established a team to inspect investors whose projects have low disbursement rates for public investment this year. The team will propose disciplinary action if officials are incompetent, negative, or do not complete their tasks.
The leaders of Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee identified the disbursement of public investment capital as one of the most important and central tasks in the last days of the year. The province strives to achieve a rate of 95% or more of the allocated capital plan.
However, although the year is almost over, many projects still have low disbursement. Therefore, the Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee issued a plan to organize inspection teams to urge the acceleration of public investment disbursement in the last days of the year.
The inspection subjects are investors whose projects have low public investment disbursement rates this year as of November 15. The inspection team will conduct the inspection from November 25 to December 10.

Specifically, inspection team No. 1 led by Provincial Chairman Ho Van Muoi will inspect projects invested by the Dak Mil District Project Management and Land Fund Development Board (including: Road from Dak Peur border gate, Thuan An commune to provincial road (DT683) Duc Minh commune, Dak Mil district (phase 1); Duc Manh - Duc Minh - Dak Sak inter-commune road; Duc Minh commune road to Duc Manh commune, Dak Mil district (DH16); Road from National Highway 14 through the new administrative center to provincial road 683) and the Project to improve water use efficiency for drought-affected provinces, ADB loan of Dak Nong province, invested by the Provincial Project Management Board of Construction Investment Projects.
Inspection Team No. 2, led by Vice Chairman of the province Le Trong Yen, will inspect the following projects: Nam Xuan Lake canal system, Dak Nong province (invested by the Provincial Project Management Board of Construction Investment Projects); projects invested by the Dak R'lap District Project Management and Land Fund Development Board (road from Kien Duc town to Kien Thanh - Nhan Co - Nhan Dao commune; road from National Highway 14 to Provincial Road 681, Dak R'lap district; road from Provincial Road 681 to Kien Duc town through Kien Thanh, Dak Wer - Nhan Co communes, Dak R'lap district)...
The inspection team has many tasks, including organizing the review, summarizing difficulties and obstacles and analyzing the causes, providing guidance on how to resolve them. If they are beyond their authority, they will summarize the report; reviewing the responsibilities in leadership, direction, urging, inspection, review, and handling of difficulties, obstacles, and bottlenecks in the disbursement of public investment capital of each agency, unit, locality, and investor for each program and project, including the responsibility of the head.
