Saigontourist Group's 2025 Food and Beverage Culture Festival promises to bring unique and unforgettable Vietnamese culinary experiences.
There are still nearly 3 months to go until the opening day, but the vibrant atmosphere of the Saigontourist Group Food and Culture Festival 2025 has begun to spread as Saigon Tourist Corporation (Saigontourist Group) is urgently preparing for the large-scale culinary event, promising to bring unique and unforgettable Vietnamese culinary experiences to Ho Chi Minh City residents and tourists from all over the world.
This year's festival will take place from March 27 to 30, 2025 at Van Thanh Tourist Area, with the participation of 4-5 star hotels, resorts, and restaurants belonging to the Saigontourist Group system in Ho Chi Minh City and provinces and cities across the country. In addition, the event also has the participation of many prestigious partners, representatives of culinary brands from several localities, together creating a diverse and rich "feast of taste buds".
Coming to the festival, diners will have the opportunity to enjoy over 500 unique dishes and drinks from the North to the South, prepared and performed by talented chefs from the Saigontourist Group service chain. In addition to cuisine, the festival also brings unique folk cultural activities such as traditional water puppetry performances, floating markets in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, a variety of opera performances, costumes, traditional musical instrument performances, street magic circus and folk games, recreating the space of long-standing traditional craft villages, and highland market scenes of Vietnam.
With its success in organization and widespread effects, "Saigontourist Group Food and Culture Festival" was honored by the World Culinary Awards with the award "Best Culinary Festival in Asia" for three consecutive years 2022, 2023, 2024 and especially won the award "Best Culinary Festival in the World" for two consecutive years 2023, 2024, the only culinary event in the world to continuously receive these awards.

This year's Saigontourist Group Food and Culture Festival has many new features, and the scale of the organization is also larger than previous events. These are impressive numbers, with a collection of up to 500 dishes from different regions, ensuring "unique and strange" dishes from each locality, gathering 50 booths (corresponding to the 50th anniversary of Saigontourist Group). The festival especially honors the main ingredient in Vietnamese cuisine, rice, honors the value of Vietnamese fruits and regional OCOP products, and promotes green and nutritious cuisine.
Marking the historic event of Ho Chi Minh City when putting into operation the metro line, the urban railway line, first of all, this year's festival will open an additional entrance right at the Van Thanh metro station, increasing connectivity with participants in terms of traffic. Also in this area, the festival recreates the activities "on the wharf, under the boat", the floating market activities, typical images of the river region of the Southwest, with the poetic and charming water space of Van Thanh Tourist Area. During the four days of the festival, this area will also be bustling, attracting visitors with passionate and affectionate singing and responding performances on the lake by charming young men and women in traditional Vietnamese costumes and scarves.
Visitors to the festival will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in a space filled with a festive atmosphere imbued with the cultural identity of the three regions, experience the highland market, and try on the costumes of the ethnic groups in the East and Northwest highlands. In addition, the festival also attracts visitors with traditional craft village activities, a folk cake village with more than 50 types of cakes, the opportunity to experience leaf wrapping, baking, steaming, and frying cakes with artisans, learning to make vermicelli, weaving hats, making rice paper, baking rice paper, brewing wine, and making fu ling cakes. This year's craft village area will also include activities such as making Hoi An lanterns, watching and experiencing paper flower making with artisans from Thanh Tien paper flower craft village in the ancient capital of Hue.
Following the success of last year's festival, this year the organizers plan to hold a contest "Top 50 must-try dishes at the Saigontourist Group Food Culture and Delicacies Festival 2025" , with the number 50 corresponding to the 50th anniversary of the establishment and development of Saigontourist Group . The organizers of the Saigontourist Group Food Culture and Delicacies Festival 2025 plan to prepare a dossier to register for the Guinness Vietnam Record for this unique culinary cultural event.
The Saigontourist Group Food and Culture Festival, organized annually by Saigontourist Group, is the only large-scale food and culture event in Vietnam to have been honored with prestigious awards from the World Culinary Awards through consecutive festivals.
