Political leaders of countries have sent congratulatory messages to the Central Executive Committee and General Secretary To Lam on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of our Party.
On the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025), the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party; the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China; President of the Cambodian People's Party Hun Sen; First Secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba, President of the Republic of Cuba Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez and General Raúl Castro Ruz; General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea Kim Jong Un sent congratulatory letters and telegrams to the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam To Lam.

* The congratulatory message from the Central Executive Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party to the Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam reads: "Over the past 95 years, the Communist Party of Vietnam, founded by President Ho Chi Minh, has led the Vietnamese revolution and the Vietnamese people with correct, wise, talented, creative and resolute guidelines, leading the Vietnamese revolution and the Vietnamese people to glorious victories in the struggle for national salvation, against colonialism and imperialism for freedom and national independence, as well as achieving great and comprehensive victories in the revolution to liberate the South and unify the country in 1975. In particular, after nearly 40 years of carrying out the renovation process, under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the Vietnamese people have achieved great, comprehensive and historically significant achievements, contributing to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam maintaining political stability, strong national defense and security, ensuring social order and safety, and rapid and continuous economic development. With the development of society and people's lives, the role and position of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam are increasingly prominent in the region and internationally.
We firmly believe that, by promoting the glorious revolutionary tradition and those great and comprehensive achievements, the Party, State and people of Vietnam will continue to gain new and greater victories and achievements in organizing the implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam and preparing to organize Party congresses at all levels, towards successfully organizing the 14th National Congress of the Party.
On this important and solemn occasion, we would like to express our deep gratitude to the Party, State and people of Vietnam for their great, valuable, effective and timely support and assistance to the revolutionary cause of Laos over the past time. The Lao Party, State and people will continue to work with the Party, State and people of Vietnam to do their utmost to protect, preserve and promote this rare relationship to be sustainable and fruitful for the common interests of the two peoples as well as to contribute to the cause of building peace, stability, cooperation and development in the region and the world."

In particular, since the 13th National Congress, the Communist Party of Vietnam has focused on strengthening Party building and rectification; Vietnam's socio-political situation is stable and peaceful, the economy has developed strongly, and its international position has been increasingly enhanced.
Currently, the Party and people of Vietnam, under the leadership of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam headed by General Secretary To Lam, are making efforts to implement the goals and tasks set by the 13th National Congress; constantly striving towards the goal of 100 years of the founding of the Party and the country, and moving towards the successful organization of the 14th National Congress. I appreciate the achievements that the Party, Government and people of Vietnam have made in recent times, contributing to the country's growing development, the economy's continuous growth, people's lives' improvement and Vietnam's role in the international arena's enhancement.
