OCB OMNI 4.0 is a new generation digital banking platform launched by OCB in May 2024. This project became operational in just 6 months, while the industry standard for developing and transitioning to a comprehensive omnichannel platform typically takes around 18 months . Featuring one-touch QR payment, the application allows seamless transactions at thousands of different service points, from e-commerce to tourism . The application also integrates modern technologies such as: intuitive suggestion features that allow customers to complete transactions in just two clicks, the ability to proactively split large-value orders for quick money transfers, and transaction classification for expense management, along with many other conveniences. Notably, OCB has applied FIDO security technology to this platform, with a strong encryption algorithm and multi-layered security for each transaction, considered the safest currently available. This has attracted a large number of customers to switch to online transactions. According to the cumulative results for the first six months of 2024, OCB OMNI saw a 76% increase in the number of transactions, a 52% increase in demand deposits (Casa), and a 53% increase in time deposits (Esaving).
