Huynh Thi Huong Street is constructed with concrete from the starting point adjacent to National Highway 91 to the internal road in Vinh Loc hamlet, with a length of 1.5km, width of 3m, concrete thickness of 20cm. The total cost is about 949 million VND from socialized sources and labor contributions of people inside and outside the area.
